On each product page you will find all currently available colour variants, the description and composition of the article. Roll your mouse over the product image to enlarge it and see all the details.

How do I order?

From the product page, select the colour and/or size of the item, the quantity and then add the product to your shopping cart.
At the end of the shopping session, click on the cart at the top right and on “View cart”. Enter your tax and shipping information and select payment.
Check that the information you have entered is correct and click on “Proceed with order”. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, before completing your purchase, you may be asked to authenticate yourself a second time to authorise payment, depending on your credit card issuer. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive one or more emails confirming the shipment.

ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED IN ITALY: delivery in 1 or 2 working days (excluding public holidays) at a cost of €10.90*.
*FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 400 €.

ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED TO EU COUNTRIES: two types of shipping are offered
Express: 1 or 2 working days (excluding public holidays) at a cost of €27.90*.
Standard: delivery in 2 or 3 working days (excluding public holidays) at a cost of:
GERMANY, AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND, CROATIA, FRANCE, HOLLAND, HUNGARY, SLOVENIA: €13*.

CZECH REPUBLIC, POLAND, BULGARIA, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, SPAIN: €14.50*.

GREECE, PORTUGAL, DENMARK, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA: 17€*.

ESTONIA, LITHUANIA, LATVIA, UK, IRELAND, NORWAY, FINLAND, SWEDEN: 22€*.

ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU: to be calculated according to the country to which the order is to be shipped, any customs charges are excluded and charged to the buyer.

Daniela Dallavalle guarantees shipment within the same day the order is sent as long as it is sent from Monday to Friday by 12:30 pm (excluding public holidays).
Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are carried out for Italy by GLS, for non-EU countries by DHL, and for EU countries by BRT and DHL.
All orders picked by the (external) forwarding agent are processed automatically and we are unable to alter shipping and delivery times.

RETURN POLICY

You may choose to make a return within 30 days from the date of delivery by following the instructions below.

Please:

  1. Email [email protected] so that we can book a pick-up of your package;
  2. Prepare your parcel using the same packaging you received;
  3. Make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund;

Attention! You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, no refund will be made.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your return package, it will be inspected.

You will then receive an email informing you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or declined in accordance with the return policy listed above.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
