How to order?From the product page, select the colour and/or size of the item, the quantity and then add the product to the shopping cart. At the end of the shopping session, click on the cart in the top right-hand corner and/or on “View cart”. Enter your tax and shipping information and select payment. Check that the information entered is correct and click on ‘Proceed with order’. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, before completing your purchase, you may be asked to authenticate yourself a second time to authorise payment, depending on your credit card issuer. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of your order. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive one or more dispatch confirmation e-mails.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED IN ITALY delivery in 3 or 4 working days (excluding public holidays) at a cost of €10.90.
ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED IN EUROPE delivery in 3 or 4 working days (excluding public holidays) at a cost of €27.90.
Daniela Dallavalle guarantees delivery within 3 to 4 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are carried out by GLS. All orders dispatched with GLS are processed automatically and we are unable to change dispatch and delivery times.
You may choose to make a return within 30 days from the date of delivery by following the instructions below.
- Email email@example.com so that we can book a pick-up of your package;
- Prepare your parcel using the same packaging you received;
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund;
Attention! You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, no refund will be made.
Once we receive your return package, it will be inspected.
You will then receive an email informing you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or declined in accordance with the return policy listed above.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
